Bruce Lundeen is the Principal of the firm. He’s a networker and facilitator who listens – with more than 30 years experience in Program Design and Development under his belt. He’s managed community economic development, and social service programs internationally and domestically – with an emphasis on multicultural and inter-generational communications.

In 2004, Bruce was trained in the ground-breaking facilitation method called Open Space Technology (OST), and has been using it successfully since – bringing about change – engineered and fueled by the very people who seek it.

In 2010, he added the power of Electronic Communications to his “tool box,” thus enabling the process of change to be communicated and shared with others – utilizing the latest technologies to their fullest advantage.

Bruce has a strong, interdisciplinary network of people he works with who are professionals within their own fields; he brings in the talent each client needs to move their objectives forward.

His approach is highly-strategic and highly-creative at the same time.
